A beautiful salmon pink colour adorns our Rosé which is a blending of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay from our vineyard. This champagne presents an ethereal nose based on fruit like raspberry. On the palate, this wine is characterized by gooseberry and strawberry aromas and some notes of citrus on the finish.
