Blend : Chardonnay-based wine

Our Chardonnay represents 20% of our vineyard and grows on vigorous vines over 30 years. These grapes allowing us to elaborate our Blanc de Blancs. This Champagne is characterised by its green gold hue and delicate aromas from white peach to citrus. Throughout the mouth this delicate and fresh Champagne express buttery and floral notes accompanied by a certain roundness.
